About Aioos Eats.
Do I keep my number if I leave?
Yes, always. The number is yours, and it says so in the contract.
Do I have to return the terminal?
Yes, the terminal is on loan. Normal wear costs nothing. If it is lost or broken, a fixed fee stated in the contract applies.
I am tied to my current phone operator. Does it still work?
Yes. If you choose the 0 SEK setup fee, we buy out your contract with your current operator, up to 1 500 SEK.
What if we are not happy?
You have a 30-day money-back guarantee with no conditions, and we collect the terminal. If you chose the 0 SEK setup fee, the commitment only starts after day 30.
Can Aioos book tables?
Not in the package today. Table booking is coming as an add-on to Standard.
