How it all began.
Innerstate was born from an insight that became impossible to ignore. The telephony systems in use today create more frustration than help.
We spoke with over 1,000 people across Sweden and asked one simple question:
How do you experience answering machines and phone queues at larger companies and organisations?
The pattern in the answers was clear
- Long waiting times
- Hard to be understood when speaking
- Confusing button menus
- The feeling of being stuck in a system not built for humans
Waiting 30, 45 or even 65 minutes in a phone queue has become everyday life. We did not think that was reasonable. So we decided to do something about it.

Innerstate is an AI company founded in September 2025 with one clear goal: to solve real societal problems through smart, human and responsible technology.
We build solutions where AI can replace inefficient processes and manual work — to free up time, reduce stress and make everyday life simpler.
Our starting point is always the same: technology should adapt to people, not the other way around.
Our most focused and most important product is Aioos. An AI assistant for phone, web chat and soon WhatsApp, built by Innerstate. Aioos is our answer to today's broken telephony.

Bizflow — when we built what we were missing.
Along the way we realised we were missing something else too: a financial system that was simple, unified and intelligent.
When existing solutions were not enough, we chose to build our own. That is how Bizflow was born. Bizflow is a quote and invoice system that gives you full control of your finances in one place.
